On Monday, Mrs. Quimby's Foods class tackled a famous and popular Australian dessert called Pavlova (or the smaller individual sized ones are called an "Eton mess.") They learned how to make a meringue, home-made whipped cream, and what popular fruits that are used to decorate it. The taste testers gave all three labs a thumbs up! Don't hesitate to ask your Foods students to make one for Thanksgiving!

Mrs. Quimby's FACS students took on the Crumbl Cookie Combat Challenge today in Foods class! There were some very happy taste testers and the hallway smells amazing!

🌱 Farm to Table in Action! 🥬
Our Pre-K and Kindergarten students had a blast harvesting fresh lettuce from the tower garden! This incredible project was started by our talented Junior High Ag Class, who planted the lettuce before passing it on to the elementary students to enjoy throughout the school year.
It’s amazing to see the hands-on learning, collaboration, and healthy eating habits growing right here at Drayton School! 🍎💚
Thank you, Mr. Riddle and Ag students, for sharing your hard work and for showing us how food can bring all grades together! #GrowingTogether #FarmToSchool #FutureFarmers #BomberPride
