📚🎶 That’s a wrap on Summer School 2026! ☀️ What an incredible five weeks of learning at Drayton Public School! Our younger students explored the history of communication, learning how people shared messages long ago through carrier pigeons, the printing press, the telegraph, and radio, while discovering how communication has changed over time. Our older students became storytellers, learning about the elements of a great story and using their imaginations to write creative adventures of their own. To bring all of our learning together, we ended Summer School by creating our very own song—combining storytelling, creativity, and communication into one fun project! 🎵 We hope you enjoy the photos and our Summer School song (in the comments), and we wish everyone a safe and relaxing rest of the summer! 💙☀️

💙💛The Drayton FFA has officially completed its 4th year competing at the State FFA Convention! We are incredibly proud of the seven members who represented our chapter in Career Development Events (CDEs) and showcased their hard work, dedication, and agricultural knowledge. A special congratulations to Jonah Rarick, who had the honor of representing District 4 in voting for our new State FFA Officers. Jonah also earned a Silver rating in Nursery/Landscape. John Gunter became the first Drayton FFA member to compete in Ag Mechanics at the state level and was very close to placing—an outstanding accomplishment! Gavin C., Shawn P., and Tucker S. competed in Small Animal Care and narrowly missed placing after a strong performance. Brooklynne P. earned a Bronze rating in Nursery/Landscape, and Ruth Rarick was just shy of placing in Dairy Foods and Food Science. We are proud of all of our members for their commitment, professionalism, and willingness to challenge themselves at the state level. Thank you to everyone who supports the Drayton FFA program and helps provide these opportunities for our students.👏 #DraytonFFA #StateFFA #GrowingLeaders #FFA #CareerDevelopmentEvents

The Drayton FFA Chapter was honored to be asked to help build new park signs for the Drayton City Park! This project gave our members a chance to put their skills to work while giving back to our community. From planning and construction to the finishing touches, our students took pride in creating something that will be enjoyed by residents and visitors for years to come. A big thank you to everyone involved in making this project possible. We are proud of our students for representing Drayton FFA through hard work, craftsmanship, and community service. #DraytonFFA #LivingToServe #FFA #CommunityPride #DraytonND
