Print and complete the application.
Submit your completed application to Angela Aasand, Business Manager at the District Office. Applications can also be mailed to 108 South 5th Street, Drayton, ND 58225 or emailed to angela.aasand@dps19.com
Absentee ballots will then be sent out with further instructions to complete and return.
